Hi there! Today I'm going to talk about Wikiversity
Wikiversity is a Wikimedia Foundation project devoted to learning resources, learning projects, and research for use in all levels, types, and styles of education from pre-school to university, including professional training and informal learning. It differs from Wikipedia in that it offers tutorials and other materials to facilitate learning, rather than an encyclopedia; like Wikipedia, it is available in many languages.
One of the elements of Wikiversity is the collection of WikiJournals, which publish peer-reviewed articles in a stable, indexed, and cited format comparable to academic journals; they can be copied to Wikipedia and are sometimes based on Wikipedia entries. As of November 2020, there are Wikiversity sites operating in 17 languages, containing a total of 123,964 articles and 1,186 recently active editors.
The Wikiversity e-learning model focuses on "learning groups" and "learning by doing". The motto and slogan of Wikiversity is “make learning free”, which means that groups/communities of Wikiversity participants will participate in learning projects.
Learning is facilitated through collaboration on projects that are detailed, outlined, summarized, or reported by editing Wikiversity pages. Wikiversity learning projects include collections of wiki pages dedicated to the study of a specific topic. Wikiversity members are encouraged to express their learning goals, and the Wikiversity community collaborates on developing learning activities and projects to achieve these goals.

Wikiversity's e-learning empowers learners to accumulate knowledge. Students need to know the language in order to correct their classmates. By doing this, students develop their reflection skills.
Second, they allow students to decide for themselves what to write or edit, and when and how to do it. Students can use any form of support free of charge. At the same time, it promotes cognitive development by engaging students in collaboration.
🔖🔖🔖
Wikiversity resources include teaching aids, lesson plans, curricula, links to off-site resources, course notes, example and problem sets, computer simulations, reading lists, and other as devised by participants – but do not include final polished textbooks. Texts useful to others are hosted at Wikibooks for update and maintenance. Learning groups with interests in each subject area create a web of resources that form the basis of discussions and activities at Wikiversity.
